H A T D E L v1 The Rise to Power
It’s been this way for centuries. The Lights and Darks hated each other, for obvious reasons. They were as different as day and night. Long ago, at the same moment, two kings tried to claim the lands of Hatdel. And so, a brutal and thrilling fight would follow for days. When it ended, both were spent, neither could take the other. They agreed to split the land, and so, the Light and Dark Alliances were formed.
Years passed by, and long were the two ancient kings dead and buried. Their heirs took over, but the hatred was still the same. Tension was built after the years, and finally, on one fateful day, the war broke between the two realms. It was bitter, and soon the blood of many covered all those who were still alive. For seven days they plunged at each other, recklessly unaware that a newcomer had stepped into the boundaries of Hatdel.
He was a giant bay stallion that went by the name of Wodan. With his own orbs he saw the fighting and knew that this was his chance. While both alliances were too weak to do anything, he claimed a third of the land to himself. Both sides were outraged, but Wodan was so powerful, there was nothing they could do. The war was stopped with neither side winning, and life slowly went on. But no one can forget the past. No one could escape the hatred. Which one will you choose? The Lights, with their pure minds and peaceful thoughts? The Darks, with their corrupt ways and bloodthirsty souls? Or will you choose the Neutral, where courage, loyalty, and above all, power is held throughout your entire life. It is up to you.

Welcome to the lands of Natoas, my name is Walking Wonder but most call me Wonder. These are basically my lands, as far as your eyes can see you will look upon my land, lushes emerald landscapes with rivers and ponds of crystal pure and clean water. I am known through my lands as a legend, as a saint, as a hero to all horse-kind. Though I do not agree … I am just a horse an equine like all others that trod on my land. To show I am not all powerful I have split my lands into different areas, the good, the bad and the unknown. I made a deal with the higher equine’s to split the lands. So the question I shall let you ponder on is … will you join my side of life, full of pureness and peace. Or maybe the dark side, where hatred and pain is the daily emotions. Or are you yet to decide whom you want to follow, meaning you are in the path of the unknown.
plot: Food is running a little scarce because of Leafbare. It's getting colder and colder every day. Thankfully, the Clans are not fighting eachother or amongst themselves...yet. New animals are appearing in the forest. Little tiny things flying around with weird faces and beautiful wings. The cats do not wish to share their prey. Will they have to? Will more strange animals come? Some animals such as badgers and squirrels are somehow learning to talk. They keep coming to cats, hoping to join their Clans. Will any get in?

Way back in time when the eohippus (a small like fox creature that roamed the earth millions of years ago) walked the land they stumbled upon a series of peninsulas. They made their home there and for years and years afterwards those creatures started to evolve into modern day horses. However the ever-changing oceans cut off the peninsulas and turned them into islands. There is one large island in the middle, four to the east, four to the west and five that Mother Nature has claimed so no one else can. All of the islands are connected by a thin strip of land. Throughout history alliances were forming and soon the horses had split up into four groups. The darks want to rule the whole island and wipe out the lights. They are cruel and usually unforgiving. The lights want peace on the island but have come to the fact that the only way that will happen is if they wipe out the darks. The neutrals are the ones stuck in the middle. However they can be bribed with mares or promises from alliances. Then there are the loners who usually just stick to themselves and are wading this whole war out. Whatever alliance gets control of the middle herds first gets total control of the island. Who will get to it first? Welcome to Insula of Equinus.

Phantom knew that now the earth would grow cold, crack and possibly gain frost. It wasn't her favorite time of the year but it was quite all right. Seeing the decaying trees did bring some amusement. She followed him up the path to the cave where she had been only twice before. Remembering it was steep, she continued carefully until they had finally arrived.

Phantom slowed at the water, not wanting to get in for a second time. Watching him was amusing. She was reminded of why she liked him in the first place. The only Satan spat stag there really was. She reared as well, her hind legs supporting her as she reached for the sky. Black corpse glared over in the afternoon.

As the path came to the end at the rushing river, his carcass jumps in as it send water drops everwhere, he snorts as the water, and then rears up, as he moved about in it, the darkness started to show as the brightest started to leave the land.

She kept her pace steady niether quickening it or letting it slacken. Her mind was flooded with memories of how they used to do this. Perhaps she wouldn't have to live off memories anymore. For he was the only one she ever opened up to.
